Autonomy Topic Registry mapping and RTI-DDS usage guidance

This header documents how Autonomy Topic IDs map to concrete Topic types from `simulation_framework::core::topic_registry`, and shows how the underlying RTI-DDS messages can be published/subscribed in Activities.
