## GetClient()

Retrieve a new instance of IHarnessBuilderUIClient. It will be pre-initialized and ready to do work. If you use this method, you do not need to call ConfigureServiceCollection or ConfigureWithDefaultRepositories.

```

A task that upon completion returns a new IHarnessRunnerClient object.
