This is the code to show a help dialog specific to the application this control is embedded in. `Phoenix.BuilderUIClient.ComponentInfoControlViewModel.HelpCommandAsync` is the command that hooks up this to the view via `Phoenix.BuilderUIClient.ComponentInfoControlViewModel._onHelp`.
