## Remarks

This class may contain FileValue instances that own temp files on disk. All uses of this class should be used in a using block, or otherwise reliably disposed.

The exception to immutability is `Phoenix.ComponentAPI.ComponentRunResults.MoveResultsTo(Phoenix.ModelCenter.Common.Types.VariableValueScope)`
