## LicenseException()

Construct a new `Phoenix.ComponentAPI.LicenseException`.

Construct a new `Phoenix.ComponentAPI.LicenseException` with a specified message.

### Parameters

The message that will become the value of `System.Exception.Message`.

## LicenseException(Exception)

Construct a new `Phoenix.ComponentAPI.LicenseException` with a specified inner exception. A default exception message will be supplied.
