Set the default values of VolumetricScaffolderParams.

- **Parameters:****absolute\_dist\_tol: float, optional**: Specify distance tolerance between overlapping faces.
    
    **only\_check\_exact\_overlaps: bool, optional**: Check only for fully overlapping topofaces when true.
