#### *static* RefineAtContactsParams.set\_default(contact\_tolerance=None, relative\_tolerance=None, refine\_max\_size=None, project\_on\_geometry=None)

Set the default values of the `RefineAtContactsParams` object.

- **Parameters:**
    
    **contact\_tolerance: float, optional**: Maximum tolerance used to identify face elements as contacts.
    
    **relative\_tolerance: bool, optional**: Option to specify the contact tolerance is relative or absolute.
    
    **refine\_max\_size: float, optional**: Maximum size used to refine contact face elements.
    
    **project\_on\_geometry: bool, optional**: Project on geometry on remesh.
