Get the adjacent volumes for the provided volume ids.

- **Parameters:**
    
    **volumes**: Ids of the volume.
- **Returns:**
    
    `Iterable`\[[`int`](https://docs.python.org/3.11/library/functions.html#int)\] : Returns the list of adjacent volume ids.
- **Return type:**
