Controls whether component definitions should be written within individual element blocks. write\_components\_with\_element\_blocks only has effect when write\_separate\_blocks is true. When write\_components\_with\_element\_blocks is true, writes component commands for each element block. When write\_components\_with\_element\_blocks is false, writes components separately.
