Get PyPrimeMesh’s logger instance.

PyPrimeMesh’s logger instance can be used to save the logs to a file, redirect the logs to the given stream, control the verbosity of messages printed by PyPrimeMesh and more.

**Returns**`PrimeLogger`PyPrimeMesh’s logger instance.
