#### *static* ScaffolderParams.set\_default(absolute\_dist\_tol=None, repair\_mode=None, size\_field\_type=None, intersection\_control\_mask=None, edge\_merge\_control=None, constant\_mesh\_size=None, remove\_holes\_critical\_radius=None, remove\_slivers\_abs\_dist\_tol\_ratio=None, triangles\_coplanar\_angle\_cos=None)

Set the default values of the `ScaffolderParams` object.

**Parameters:**

**absolute\_dist\_tol: float, optional**

Defines the maximum gap to connect.

**repair\_mode: ScaffolderRepairMode, optional**

Defines the mode to be used during repair or connect.

**size\_field\_type: int, optional**

Specifies the type of size field used for scaffolding.

**intersection\_control\_mask: IntersectionMask, optional**

Specifies the nature of intersection to be computed.

**edge\_merge\_control: int, optional**

Specifies type of edge pairs to be merged during scaffold operation.

**constant\_mesh\_size: float, optional**

Defines the constant edge mesh size to check connection.

**remove\_holes\_critical\_radius: float, optional**

Defines the maximum radius of holes to be removed.

**remove\_slivers\_abs\_dist\_tol\_ratio: float, optional**

Defines the maximum aspect ratio to remove sliver faces.

**triangles\_coplanar\_angle\_cos: float, optional**

Lower bound for cos angle to consider coplanar faces for scaffolding.
