Create a point cloud access struct.

**Parameters**:

- **nodeIds**: - output integer data access for node ids
- **nodeCoords**: - output vector data access for node coordinates, provided in the same order as node ids

**Parameters**:

- [SyscOutputIntegerData](structSyscOutputIntegerData.md#structSyscOutputIntegerData) **nodeIds**
- [SyscOutputVectorData](structSyscOutputVectorData.md#structSyscOutputVectorData) **nodeCoords**
