The server API version.

This command returns the version number of the DynamicSceneGraphService that the server supports. The number is defined in this .proto file as VersionEnumType::CURRENT\_VERSION. The protocol passes this value as an int32 so that the client can receive the value properly and then compare it to its own value of the VersionEnumType::CURRENT\_VERSION enum generated by the version of the proto file it had compiled.
