Note:
The spelling of this function varies between versions. On versions prior to 2019 R2, the function to use is GetValueElipse. From 2019 R2 version, the function to use is GetValueEllipse.

object: Virtual Photometric Lab object
dXPos: horizontal coordinate of the center of the ellipse
dYPos: vertical coordinate of the center of the ellipse
dWidth: horizontal size of the ellipse
dHeight: vertical size of the ellipse
