Description
Computes the displacement to apply on input coordinates (in 2) if a morphing field (in 0) is applied on coordinates (in 1)
Inputs
This table lists the input pins for this operator. Input pins define the data that the operator requires to perform its operation. Some inputs are required, while others are optional and provide additional configuration. Each parameter is detailed in the sections that follow the table.

|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | displacement | Required | field, fields_container |
| 1 | disp_coordinates | abstract_meshed_region |

| 2 | coordinates | Required | field, abstract_meshed_region |
| 4 | morphing_type | int32 |
|
| 5 | morphing_manager_data | ||
| 6 | sliding_planes | field |
|
| 7 | sliding_nodes | scopings_container |
displacement (Pin 0)
- Required: Yes
- Expected type(s):
field,fields_container
expects either a field or a fields container with one field
disp_coordinates (Pin 1)
- Required: No

coordinates (Pin 2)
- Required: Yes
- Expected type(s):
field,abstract_meshed_region
coordinates to evaluate
morphing_type (Pin 4)
- Required: No
- Expected type(s):
int32
morphing algorithm to use (0=PrimeRBF, 1=BSpline, 2=TetLinear, 3=TetRBF, 4=FFI) (default is 0)
morphing_manager_data (Pin 5)
- Required: No
- Expected type(s):
Morphing Manager Data from prepare_morphing_operator (needed if disp_coordinates not specified).
sliding_planes (Pin 6)
- Required: No
- Expected type(s):
field
Sliding planes
sliding_nodes (Pin 7)
- Required: No
- Expected type(s):
scopings_container
Sliding nodes
Outputs
This table lists the output pins for this operator. Output pins provide the results of the operator's computation and can be connected to inputs of other operators or retrieved for further processing. Each output is detailed in the sections that follow the table.
| Pin number | Name | Expected type(s) |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | coordinates_displacement | field |
coordinates_displacement (Pin 0)
- Expected type(s):
field
displacement of each point of the input coordinates
Configurations
This operator supports configuration options that modify its behavior.
mutex
- Expected type(s):
bool - Default value: false
If this option is set to true, the shared memory is prevented from being simultaneously accessed by multiple threads.
num_threads
- Expected type(s):
int32 - Default value: 1
run_in_parallel
- Expected type(s):
bool - Default value: false
Loops are allowed to run in parallel if the value of this config is set to true.
